Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome at Jamestown Village but we do have a few restrictions. For complete community rules about other types of pets, please contact our team.
- $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (applies to each pet, standard breed restrictions, no weight restriction)
- Monthly Pet Fee: $30 per pet
- Limit of two pets per residence
